You play casually with friends so you’re not really trying hard. You play the game often but not on a competitive level. This resolution is what’s best for me personally because I want to enjoy the game in all aspects while I try hard! Apparently it's pretty frequent with GTX 6XX GPU's though, so I might just be out of luck.I understand this might be an odd choice if you look at it technically! But hear me out, most of us play the game for fun and casually so we don’t really need to go the extra mile to just get slightly more advantage. I might have to just give up and play 4:3 because after scouring the internet all day I haven't found a solution yet lol.

I also tried the suggestion from the person above me and forced a custom resolution of 1680x1050 onto my second smaller monitor through the NVIDIA control panel. Warcraft 3 4k is part of Games Collection and its available for Desktop Laptop PC and Mobile Screen. I do use two monitors usually, but unplugging the second one, and/or disabling it does nothing as well. After './Frozen Throne.exe', type -window. Locate your Warcraft III exe, in this case, Frozen Throne.exe Go to the end of the text in the Command text box. Next to the Command text box, click Browse. I've tried editing the WTF file but whenever I do it will automatically go to 800圆00 instead, and no amount of tinkering around with running as administrator or making it read-only seems to work to save it. Run Warcraft III in Windowed Mode Go into Programs > Run Command. I want to play at my monitors native resolution (1680x1050) but I only get 4 4:3 options to choose from in-game. I really want to play widescreen! I have a GTX 650 with fully updated drivers. I've been struggling with this a lot too. Every image can be downloaded in nearly every resolution to achieve flawless performance. I'm sorry for my english, it's kinda hard to explain coz it's not my main language, hope you'll still understand what I mean. For instance, if you play with a 1920x1080 resolution, the correct UI. With this trick the Vanilla client also thinks that my smaller monitor can handle 1920x1080, and I can use this resolution for WoW now. Increasing the resolution, so does our multiplier (actual y/WoW y multiplier).

Just ADDED, but not using it because it can't handle it (In Windows I can now choose 1920x1080, but still using the right resolution, 1650x1050). I'll call my script 'wow' - this is my content of /usr/bin/wow: Note: the exec command is the standard start command which crossover use Explanation: The script overwrites your Config.WTF which includes the. I just added manually (with the ATI control pannel, it's hard to do btw) the 1920x1080 resolution for the smaller monitor. I prefer to start my wow using the ALT+F2 combination (or per terminal) so I create my script in /usr/bin. So the Vanilla client only proposed the 1650x1050 resolution as max (even in optimized windowed mode, it wasnt a real 1920x1080 so it's not a real solution). Original wallpaper info: Size: 2560x1350px File size: 419. Download original wallpaper: 2560x1350px. Example for me : I have 2 monitors, my main is in 1920x1080 and the second in 1650x1050. Warcraft III: Reforged, Blizzard Entertainment, HD wallpaper. Untill a few days ago i thought that Warcraft III did not support Wide Screens, 'But' I was wrong, its just a little harder to enable then i thought. It's the solution : if Windows thinks your smaller monitor can use the 1920x1080 resolution, the WoW client will propose the same resolution. I, have a 1366x768 LG monitor and i really love it, but I, dislike it when i play WarCraft III because the max resolution is 1024x768 + it stretches out and makes it looks like a 800圆00 or something. I finally could "fake" that my lower screen could handle the resolution of my main monitor. I used the configuration pannel of my graphic card (ATI) to manually add resolution.

but if you want the hard way : Last edited by Paladin0228 at 04:28 AM. Just attempt to log on to through wc3 lol.
#WARCRAFT 3 RESOLUTION 1920X1080 UPDATE#
(Btw to open the console, try : /script SetConsoleKey("F7") then with F7 you will be able to open it, it's written in comment on the thread viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1100, page 1). buuuuttt if there is another way to update so I can get 1920:1080 that be great so that I can at least play single player for the time being. I tried everything, even with the console, it didnt work. Hey, I guess you are using multiple monitors right ? The problem is that the vanilla client takes the maximum resolution available for your smaller monitoras the maximum resolution for WoW.
